TRICH REQUIREMENTS
TEXAS:
- TRICH GUIDELINES FOR TEXAS BULLS: For virgin bulls that are under 18 months of age, the consignor will need to sign a virgin certificate. For any virgin bulls between 18 and 30 months the consignor will need to sign the certiticate along with a vet's signature. (If you are unable to get both signatures you are required to Trich test the bulls.) Any bulls that are over 30 months, whether virgin or not, will need to be Trich tested. Bulls that are not virgin, no matter the age, will need to be Trich Tested. Please allow 7 days for Trich results.
OUT OF STATE:
- All out of state bulls MUST BE TRICH TESTED if 12 months of age or over. Please allow 7 days for Trich results.
Fertility Requirements
- All Bulls must have a recent fertility test.
Paperwork Registration, Trich, Fertility & Health (All out of state bulls require a health certificate to enter Texas.)
- All paperwork must match bull's bangle and metal ear tag.
- All paperwork must arrive with the bull.
- If registered, papers must arrive with the bull & match the eartag..
- Bulls must be here by Wednesday morning or earlier prior to the sale.
Trich & Fertility Test are valid for 60 days! ALL BANGLE TAGS MUST BE ABLE TO BE READ FROM A DISTANCE
